Located in the Città Study quarter, not far from the university, this AUDACE Centre is the first
opened in Milan in 2011, today completely renewed.
Here is the general schedule of the courses.
Completely renewed toning courses, with the addition of the AUDACE STRONG course
conceived as a training circuit.
You will find a course of new conception: CLAYS - A training made with AquaBags (a water-filled
bag), a mix of adrenalin, simple and innovative movements (boxing and functional) with a precise
goal: to move, to live a unique experience to either share with a group or live personally in search
of physical and mental balance.
